What we do

CareER Association serves highly educated people with disabilities and special educational needs in Hong Kong as both a charitable job-matching platform and a peer support student/alumni community. Founded in 2014, CareER is the first charity in Hong Kong focusing on higher education and serving all 9 types of disabilities recognised by the government, including physical disabilities, autism, ADHD, chronic illnesses, and mental health conditions.
